SnugTop Introduces 2nd Generation XTR

The innovative Snugtop XTR truck cap has been refined, and a 2nd generation model with aerodynamic enhancements is being integrated into the company’s product line. The most visible features are an integral full-width fairing that serves as a front attachment point for the built-in 2″ diameter tube roof rack—which now extends to the rear of the shell.

A wide range of accessories are available to fit the 2″ rack bars, giving the Snugtop XTR the ability to securely carry an assortment of recreational gear that includes kayaks, canoes, surfboards and skis. Tie-downs and nets are also available to help transport furniture, cargo and building supplies.

Important features of the XTR G2 include flush-mounted glass side windows and a curved all-glass tailgate, a rotary latch with stainless steel rods and a Snugrug interior shell headliner. The XTR G2 has a honeycomb-reinforced roof for extra load carrying capacity and is covered by a Lifetime Structural Warranty.
