Given that determining optimum pushrod length is often done in the latter stages of building a custom engine, highly respected manufacturer Trend Performance offers a “Quick Ship” program that offers 24 to 48 hour turn-around. These include 5/8”, 9/16”, 1/2”, 7/16” and recently added 3/8” diameter pushrods.
The rugged SAE 4130 seamless chrome moly pushrods are available in any length from 6.00” to 13.00” with some wall thickness options. It also includes options like single or double taper tubes, as well as ball end or radius cup designs. The pushrods are centerless ground and feature a satin finish.
Trend also offers a full compliment of one-piece 4130 “Stocking” pushrods that come in .025” increments. They come in a black oxide finish and —like the Quick Ship pushrods— are engraved with the customer’s name and specifications.
