Adjustable Sway Bars From Art Morrison Enterprises

Designed to fine-tune vehicle handling, noted chassis and suspension components manufacturer Art Morrison Enterprises has developed a line of adjustable splined sway bars. They are an available option with new AME chassis and subframes, or can be utilized as a retrofit for existing vehicles.

Manufactured in-house at AME’s recently expanded facilities, the bars are made of 4130 chrome moly steel and the arms are 7075-T6 aluminum. The splined arms are affixed to the precision CNC-machined shaft, while precise preload adjustments can be made through altering the attachment point on links that attach to the suspension, as well as through the link’s adjustable rod ends.

Mounting the bars—which are available for both front and rear suspensions—is accomplished using CNC-machined billet aluminum pillow blocks that feature polyurethane-lined bronze bushings.
