Innovative instrument panel manufacturer Classic Dash has released a new series of bolt-in replacements for OEM gauges that are designed to accommodate Racepak IQ3 digital panels. Initially, they are available for four popular street/strip applications; 1967-68 Camaro, 1970-78 Camaro, 1970-72 Chevelle Malibu and 1969-76 Nova. Other applications are slated to follow.
The basic Racepak IQ3 unit can provide up to 28 different inputs, including the normal dashboard functions: speedometer, tachometer, coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage and fuel quantity. All normal LED signals are there too, as well as programmable shift lights, warning lights and a dozen other functions. More sophisticated data logging units are available to fit the Classic Dash panel.
Easy-to-install panels are made from UV-resistant ABS composite material and come in a matte black finish to compliment the Racepak unit. Only commonly available tools are required for the installation and comprehensive instructions are furnished.
First to market is the Classic Dash digital panel for 1970-78 Camaros (p/n 10170021), which carries an MSRP of $209.95. For additional information visit www.ClassicDash.com or call +1 (866) 882-3525. Panels are manufactured in-house at Classic Dash’s facility at 5055 Metric Way in Carson City, NV 89706.
